Located in Stoke-on-Trent, right in the heart of the UK and just minutes from Junction 15 of the M6, our purpose-built 11,000 sq ft workshop is fully equipped for all your motorhome, caravan, and campervan servicing and accessory needs.

With a dedicated team of 12 full-time specialists and over 100 years of combined experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service with a personal touch. Our professionally trained, time-served staff are experts in fitting Towtal’s own accessories as well as products from other top manufacturers.

Most installations can be completed while you wait. For larger jobs, you’re welcome to stay overnight in our secure yard—complete with coded access, free electric hook-up, water/waste facilities, and even Wi-Fi. Pets are always welcome too!

Founded over 20 years ago as a family-run business, Towtal has grown steadily over the years, but we’ve never lost the values we started with. The company is still run by lifelong friends and family, with team members working side-by-side both in the office and on the workshop floor. Even the dogs join us on-site at Sutherland Road—because when we say we’re a friendly, down-to-earth company, we mean it.
