Towtal provides vehicle-related services and products, including but not limited to towbars, vehicle accessories, installations, and maintenance. Specific details of services are agreed upon at the time of booking or quotation.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, parts delays, staff shortages).
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information when booking.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
For custom or special orders, a deposit may be required before work commences.
All parts and labour come with a standard warranty (usually 12 months) unless otherwise stated.
Warranty claims must be supported with a valid invoice and vehicle inspection may be required.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
While we take great care in all installations and services, Towtal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any additions or modifications comply with local laws and insurance policies.
Any information collected (name, address, vehicle details) will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Towtal and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
